Mrs. Hoover joined the Annville-Cleona team in January 2024. She started her career in education as a first and then third grade teacher in Baltimore, where she spent seven years. She then worked as an assistant principal in the Susquehanna Township School District for three years. In 2015, she became the principal at Lingle Avenue Elementary in the Palmyra Area School District, where she proudly served for seven years. Most recently, Mrs. Hoover moved to a district-wide position as the director of instruction and assessment for PASD. Her love of being a building leader brings her to continue this work at Annville Elementary.
